RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@shoprmc.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
● Non Damaged Products
● Customer Induced Damaged Products
● If received and ordered product are same
● After return period completed
● Packages without unboxing video proof
● Opened edible products (Example : Chips, Drinks, Biscuit, Ice cream,...)
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● Products can be returned only if they are damaged or mismatched from the chosen product.
● Returns must be initiated within 3 days after the delivery date.
● The product must be unused and in its original packaging for a return to be accepted.
● Return shipping costs will be covered by the company if the return is accepted because of the above mentioned reasons.
● Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
